Returns

You may return your necklace under the following conditions:

The item is unused and in its original condition
The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

To request a return, please email us at info@marsya-atelier.com Please include your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Please note: return shipping costs are not covered, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We exchange when stock is available. Since our pieces are produced in small quantities, an exchange may not always be possible. In such cases, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear.

Damaged or Defective Items (1-Year Guarantee)

All our necklaces are covered by a 1-year guarantee. If your piece breaks or becomes unusable due to a fault in materials or craftsmanship within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge. To begin a claim, please email us your order number and a photo of the issue: info@marsya-atelier.com

Worldwide delivery

No matter where you live, we’ll get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but rest assured, it’s on its way.

For our international friends: If you're ordering from outside the EU, your local customs office might apply duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Satisfied or refunded

Return unused items in original packaging within 14 days for a refund. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
