We want you to love your Marsya Atelier piece. If something isn’t right, you have the following rights and options.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us of your decision by email at info@marsyaatelier.com before the withdrawal period expires.
You may use a clear statement (e.g. “I hereby withdraw from my contract”), including your order number.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Returning the Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.
The goods must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exchanges (Voluntary Service)
We offer exchanges when stock is available. As our pieces are produced in small quantities, an exchange may not always be possible.
If an exchange is not available, you may choose either:

a refund, or

store credit.
Refund Processing Time
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items (1-Year Guarantee)
All Marsya Atelier pieces are covered by a 1-year guarantee.
If your item breaks or becomes unusable due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
